  • All candidates are examined in both written and oral English proficiency throughout their extensive training. This ensures not only fluency, but the ability to sound like a native English speaker.

  • Our recruiting is global, but typically we source from countries where English proficiency is common as a first or second language.

  • 2–4 days, depending on how many details and documents we get from you. We retrain your chatters based on that information.

  • We do not have a general chatting style, as every creator is different and therefore needs a custom style on how to chat. Our team will work out a strategy that perfectly fits your page, so we can maximize sales while still retaining fans long term.

  • You will have a direct line to both our supervisors and QA team who handle the chatters on a daily basis. The chat strategy team will also be at your disposal for help with content ideas and posting strategy

  • A team of skilled, dedicate chatters will be allocated to cover your profile at all times. We also have a sales manager who is constantly monitoring the performance and growth of our creators.

  • Your account will have a group of chatters who are responsible for just your page while on shift.

  • Payment is made on the 1st and the 15th of the month to Orca.

  • All you need is an account and a willingness to grow and scale.
